Got a quote you would like us to beat?
To take advantage of our Lowest Price Guarantee, just show us a fully itemized quote from another firm. Things like “Land Title Fees” and “Tax Certificates” will cost the same amount regardless of which law firm you choose. If their legal fees are lower than your Easy eLaw quote, we’ll beat their legal fees by 10%.
Our office must be provided no less than 4 business days’ notice prior to the date of possession; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge full price on a rush basis.
Example:
If you’re selling a house and need to discharge a mortgage, our fees will typically total $650. If another firm quotes you $500 in legal fees and $100 for “in-house costs” ($600 total fees), then our Lowest Price Guarantee kicks in and Regent Law will help you for a total of $540 plus applicable taxes and disbursements.
Our Lowest Price Guarantee only applies to another lawyer’s standard or advertised rate. If they are giving you a discount as a personal friend or family member, we will not beat their price or perform the work for free.
Our Lowest Price Guarantee only applies to on residential real estate purchases and sales. Our office must be provided no less than 4 business days’ notice prior to the date of possession; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge full price on a rush basis.
Another law firm’s quote must be in writing and fully itemized. Verbal quotes and vague quotes like “$1,700 for all real estate services required to buy your house” do not apply.
To our knowledge, Easy eLaw is the only firm in Saskatchewan offering a Lowest Price Guarantee. If any other firms begin advertising a similar offer, our Lowest Price Guarantee will convert to a Price Match Guarantee with that specific firm. The Lowest Price Guarantee will still apply for all other firms.
